Our Mission:
Welcome to the IMPACT VB club, a volleyball club originating in Rahway, NJ and is now serving many counties through out the state of New Jersey. Founded by Ray Candiloro in 2010 with the purpose of making the sport of volleyball affordable to all female athletes, without sacrificing the quality of instructional and competition.
IMPACT VB club athletes participate in competitive tournaments sponsored by USA Volleyball and GEVA. These tournaments are located within the tri-state region.

Goals:
- Our goal is to make volleyball affordable to all young athletes, while focusing on improving and refining their skills.
- We prepare our younger athletes and give them the tools (knowledge and skills) to compete at High School levels.
- For ages 13 – 18 we prepare them for college recruiting.
- From fundamental volleyball techniques to complex rotations and skills, we work with all athletes to help them improve.

Information such as team’s information, practice schedules, tournaments, highlights, pictures, directions to tournament locations and much, much, more.
Coaches:
As our coaching staff continues to grow in numbers as well as talent, we are very proud to say that we provide our members an Excellent coaching staff. All of our coaches have many years of experience coaching and or playing at collegiate levels. Many have experience with young athletes from the Elementary, Middle and High school to college level. Many of our coaches are Gold Medal Squared trained and certified, and all are IMPACT certified.
About our facility:
All of our practices and IMPACT sponsored tournaments take place at the Rahway Recreation Center. This newly renovated recreation center offers state of the art equipment, three full-size volleyball courts with court dividers, clean, warm and safe environment, and is located in Rahway, NJ. This facility is easily accessible and minutes from many major roadways/highways.
