Impact Volleyball Club’s 16s team kicked off the season in dominant fashion, capturing gold at the GEVA Girls 16s Club 1 tournament on Sunday, January 11, at Iron Peak Sports.
The team delivered an undefeated performance throughout the day, finishing 9–0 overall against strong regional competition. Impact 16 cruised through pool play and continued their momentum into bracket play, showcasing consistent execution, strong defensive play, and confident offense from start to finish.
In the championship match, Impact faced Lady Elite 16 Regional and secured a hard-fought 2–1 victory to claim the gold medal. The final win highlighted the team’s composure under pressure and ability to close out key moments.
Opening the season with a perfect record and a GEVA championship is a strong statement for Impact Volleyball Club’s 16s team, setting the tone for an exciting season ahead.
