Coach Lily Rodriguez

A 2011 graduate of St. Francis College, Coach Rodriguez was a four-year libero for the Terriers and a three-year captain. The Linden, N.J. native graduated as the all-time digs leader in St. Francis Brooklyn history after compiling 1,754 digs over her career. Rodriguez played high school volleyball at Linden HS, and played club volleyball at Atlantic Valley Volleyball Club, where she helped lead the 17 National Team to the 2006 GEVA Championship Title and a bid to Nationals in Atlanta, Ga.

Rodriguez has coached at Saint Peter’s University, Brooklyn Friends School, AVVC and Impact Volleyball Club. She is USA Impact certified and Gold Medal Squared trained.

Rodriguez is the Assistant Commissioner – New Media at the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

To create a conducive learning environment by providing technical feedback and positive encouragement. I aim to share my knowledge and passion for the sport of volleyball, and mentor individuals to become the best players they can be.
