​Welcome to the IMPACT VB club, a volleyball club originating in Rahway, NJ and is now serving many counties through out the state of New Jersey. Founded by Ray Candiloro in 2010 with the purpose of making the sport of volleyball affordable to all female athletes, without sacrificing the quality of instructional and competition.

    Impact VB club athletes participate in competitive tournaments sponsored by USA Volleyball and GEVA.

Our goals

  • Our goal is to make volleyball affordable to all young athletes, while focusing on improving and refining their skills.
  • From fundamental volleyball techniques to complex rotations and skills, we work with all athletes to help them improve.
  • We prepare our younger athletes and give them the tools (knowledge and skills) to compete at High School levels.
  • We prepare our athletes for college recruiting and help them get noticed by their desired schools.

IMPACT VBC Specifics

  • Our practice facilities are the Rahway Recreation Center and Cranford Recreation Center. We practice on Monday and Thursday evenings (times may vary). Players need to be able to attend these practices.
  • Tournaments are on Weekends and are typically Full Days (8am until 6-8pm).
  • We typically enter 7 tournaments for each team and one is a 2 day weekend.
  • Our dues cover: Tournament entry, court rental, coaches salaries, league fees and a generous uniform package. Additional “gear” is available for purchase at the start of the season, as well.
  • 2024 dues will be $1,800 for a regional team (Club Division).
  • Additional weekend tournaments and/or qualifiers may be added at an additional cost only if requested by the parents of a particular team, coaches and players.
