​Welcome to the IMPACT VB club, a volleyball club originating in Rahway, NJ and is now serving many counties through out the state of New Jersey. Founded by Ray Candiloro in 2010 with the purpose of making the sport of volleyball affordable to all female athletes, without sacrificing the quality of instructional and competition.

What we offer

    All of our coaches have many years of experience coaching and or playing at the collegiate level.

    Over the years Impact has grown to become a well known club in the tri-state area offering travel club teams and leagues.

    At Impact we emphasis the importance of team work and unity in all of our programs.
  • USA & AAU Sponsored Tournaments
    Impact VB club athletes participate in competitive tournaments sponsored by USA Volleyball and GEVA.

Our goals

  • Our goal is to make volleyball affordable to all young athletes, while focusing on improving and refining their skills.
  • From fundamental volleyball techniques to complex rotations and skills, we work with all athletes to help them improve.
  • We prepare our younger athletes and give them the tools (knowledge and skills) to compete at High School levels.
  • We prepare our athletes for college recruiting and help them get noticed by their desired schools.

Our Practice facilities

All of our practices and IMPACT sponsored tournaments take place at the Rahway Recreation Center in Rahway, NJ or Cranford Recreation Center in Cranford, NJ. These newly renovated recreation centers offers state of the art equipment, three full-size volleyball courts with court dividers. Both facilities are easily accessible and minutes from many major roadways/highways.
