Ray founded Impact Volleyball Club in 2010 after being the head coach at Rahway High School from 1984-2010. He has over 350 career wins and lead his team to two conference championships as well as the Union County Championship in 2004.

Coach Candiloro founded Central Jersey Volleyball LLC in the early 2000’s to provide additional opportunities for local players to continue playing year-round without the expense and commitment of club programs. HS Winter League, Spring Clinics, Middle School League, and The HS Summer League (NJ’s largest) are the products of CJVC. Both the MSVB League and Summer HS League continue to this day.

Ray is Impact certified and Gold Medal Squared trained. Coach Candiloro brought the Gold Medal Squared Coaching Clinic to NJ three times. Hundreds of coaches have attended, from as far west as California and east to Norway. We were also privileged to have the legendary late Carl McGown as the lead clinician.

He believes in providing the best value and top quality coaching for the least expense of any NY/NJ club program, in an effort to allow opportunities for local girls to compete at the highest levels.
